I am an enigma. Navigating through streams of countless opportunities, I am directed by my strengths as the captain. 

 

Positivity. I enjoy working in teams. Starting in a fast-paced demanding environment, I learned to lean on the diverse personalities of my colleagues. Immersed in the stories of those around me, I cultivated a deep sense of self-awareness and an appreciation for the human spirit. I enrich both my own life and the lives of others by lending a thoughtful ear. I value authenticity and empower individuals to transcend their limitations and unlock their fullest potential. As the Director of Culture and Experience, I became a direct contact for 200 students. I was concerned about the enrichment and enjoyment for students and was compelled to foster a community of acceptance within a leadership development program.

 

Adaptability. I enjoy life’s smallest moments. Embracing change with open arms, I swiftly maneuver through the unpredictable tides that unsettle others. My calm response to chaos reassures others and helps me respond to what people need. Working as a Team Lead at Panera Bread for 6 years granted me the opportunity to manage diverse personalities, helm challenging customer interactions, and serve as a role-model for those to follow.

 

Achievement. I enjoy new experiences. I have passion towards developing my strengths and improving on my weaknesses. I believe that a well-rounded individual has a stronger impact on those around them. My background in marketing equips me with a strategic map to tackle complex decision-making processes, while my minor in graphic design fosters a holistic perspective on the world. 

 

As I embark on the search for my next full-time endeavor, I strive to locate environments that challenge my strengths. I am currently looking for a full-time job position that continues my exploration after accomplishing a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing at The Pennsylvania State University. My previous jobs as a Team Lead at Panera Bread, a Graphic Designer for local small businesses, Digital Marketer for Johnson & Johnson, and a Merchandiser and Bartender at entertainment music venues have prepared me to take on life’s next adventure.
